My Commitment to you

When you come to me with your research, reprint permission, fact checking, or indexing/cataloging projects, I take your projects seriously. I work with you to develop and implement a plan of action based on the focus of each project while working within your budget, deadlines, and personal preferences. I keep in contact with you throughout the process so you never feel like your in the dark and we are always on the same track. Using a wide range of resources and skills, I give high quality products that are complete, easily accessible, and suit the needs of the client, the work, and the clock.

I think it’s very important to stay in regular contact with my clients, to let you know what I have found, where I found it, and what I’m working on within a set amount a time (usually a week) which may come in the form of an email, a phone call, weekly reports, search notes, file attachments, etc.

If you want to change the type of research, have information that you think might be useful, have a question about my research methods, want to refigure a database or have a question about payment plan, please do not hesitate to ask.

The more you tell me, the better I can help you. The more information you give me about the type of project, the reason for the research, the deadlines, resources you have already looked into, or your personal organization preferences, the more in sync we are and the more efficiently I can work to get the things you need.
