1. Write or type your response(s) on a piece of paper. Make sure you give enough information about your self and your interests to make it interesting enough for that member to follow up on a letter directed back to you.

2. Place each response in a seperate stamped envelope, write their code number where your address would normally go.

3. Do not seal the envelopes.

4. Place seperate envelopes in a larger envelope if need be.

5. Include $3.00 for each response, check, well concealed cash or money order and mail to:
